Slow Cooker Thai Chicken Noodle Soup

This Slow Cooker Recipe has appeared on our blog before, but if you still haven't made it you need to! It is one of the most delicious slow cooker recipes I have ever made and it is even better warmed up the next day for lunch (or for breakfast--it is that good!).
