It’s FINALLY done…the $5 Tulle Ruffle Skirt
First, before you buy your fabric you are going to need 2 measurements. The first is a waist measurement, in my case I need 20 inches. Then take a length measurement,in my case 10 inches (waist to knee measurement). I made this particular skirt for a 2 year old. Now to know how much fabric to buy.....double the waist measurement. My 5 year old and his friend helped me make markers for the vegetables in my garden yesterday. The photo above is of our killer tomato but we also made sweet peas, rabid radishes, cool cucumbers, etc.Earlier, Simon (my 5 year old) and I had gone rock hunting. I'm sure anyone could figure out how to make one of these but because I said we'd post instructions...#1. Layout chosen fabric on top of your board.#2.
