 What happens when Grace is cooped up in the house all day with her sick older brother and a grumpy baby sister---one of whom is watching her tv and the other is playing with all of her toys---and none of them are in a mood to share? A Polka-Dotted Bubble Dress.

For the Stripes and Polka-dot Sew Along this week, I decided to mix two of my favorite patterns---A Happy Tunic and the Bubble Skirt into a cheery outfit for winter.  (We need cheer with the blehh weather and freezing temps we have been having.)
