Today we are sharing our Little Lady Ragged 4 Patch Tote Bags tutorial that we posted over at the Moda Bake Shop awhile back. It's a quick project and would work perfectly for a last minute Valentine delivery bag! Here it is: *2 packs of Moda Candy *1/2 yard of white fabric (or coordinating fabric of your choice) for the lining *1/2 yard of natural colored felt Today we are making a ragged tote bag that is the perfect size for little girls. Fashionably Late as Usual….
Like as to many other things (such as ...Facebook...Instagram...and Google +) we are arriving to another party fashionably late...this one is called Pinterest. We know, we know, we know...it's like the worlds biggest online party and we've chosen to stay home in our pajamas and read a good book. Not that there is anything wrong with that...I love staying home with a good book...but a month ago we took peek into the party and were hooked. So for the past month Elizabeth and I have been ... Handmade Baby Gifts
I have been very overdue (hee...hee) for some baby gifts for some friends so I sat down one afternoon last week to play catch up. I first made two of these little dresses. I did two sizes 12-18 months mostly because these babies came last fall and I haven't been on the stick enough to get them a gift. So, large sizes were in order! With Valentines approaching I start to think about what gifts I can give to loved ones that they will not only like but will let them know how much I love them. (And that you could personalize and give to your loved ones this Valentine's season.) The first gift that I want to share is one that I received for Christmas this year from my sister in law ... It was an added reminder about how special each one of us was to her. I was thinking about that plate the other day....and came up with this same idea, but as a pillow to place on different family member's beds throughout the year as a reminder of how ... View the Post
Because sometimes a cartwheel is in order…..
I am not a coupon-er, although I wish I were. I have some really good friends that are mind-blowing at it....but I just couldn't keep up. The clipping, the filing, the wrong math additions (that's a personal issue) was just more than I could do---which is completely my fault. But I know that there are good savings (my brain says it)! And every time I walk into a store, part of me wants to follow someone around with a coupon binder to soak in all of their couponing knowledge because let's face ... View the Post
