A Sewing Night to Remember

A few weeks ago Elizabeth and I held a sewing night at the Cotton Shop in Provo, Utah to make skirts for our Skirting the Issue Event...and we loved every minute of it! When we approached the Provo Cotton Shop about holding a sewing night they asked how many women we expected to attend.  We said we hoped for 10.  And then the night came and we were surprised....ladies came and went all evening....and at one point Elizabeth counted over 50 people in the room! Easy Knit Skirt Tutorial

The Art of Homemaking….on liking what you do.

I is for Indigo Ikat

Last week I got to take some photographs of Grace for a guest post over at The Ribbon Retreat today. We love anything to do with The Ribbon Retreat so I was super excited when they asked us to be a part of their Back to School A-Z Series.  For their series they assigned bloggers different letters of the alphabet and then we had to make something based on that letter.
