To Be A Serene Woman (An Art of Homemaking Post)
Recently I have been anything but a "serene woman". I've always prided myself in my ability to multi-task. At any one time I have at least three different things going on. The washer is going, the dryer is going, the dishwasher is going and I'm folding laundry while listening to Grace read...or...I'm sewing up a quilt row, talking on the phone, and holding Ruth on my lap...or...I'm cooking dinner while cutting out a pattern on the kitchen counter, and texting...or...I'm talking to Simon ... I was seriously having a mommy hissy fit over yet-again wiping crumbs off the ... View the Post
Pinners Conference Leftovers!!! Maxi Skirt Kits for Sale!
Over the weekend we got the opportunity to teach several classes at the Pinners Conference in Salt Lake City (and do a short segment on KUTV News' Morning Show about our classes...which is where the photos comes from...it's us with the Casey, the host of the show...at 6:30 in the morning). Two of the classes we were lucky enough to teach used our new maxi skirt pattern. We took measurements, cut out the pattern, and sewed up maxi skirts using the knit from our Four Corners Fabric line with ... View the Post
