One of our favorite treats….
This is one of our family's all-time favorite cookies, because they incorporate everyone's favorites cookie recipes all into one bite of deliciousness. My husband loves a good oatmeal cookie, Aaron is all about peanut butter, and Hannie and I, well we just love a good chocolate chip cookie. So, this recipe is a mix of all of them. A Baby Gift.
Baby Bonnet and skirt. I went to a baby shower a couple of weeks ago and made a quick skirt and ruffly bonnet for the sweet baby girl that is coming. I had seen quite a few tutorials--last summer--for cute baby bonnets and had somehow remembered that they were a rectangle with a casing on the back. My inspiration for this project came from this image that I saw a while ago. It is from the book Weekend Sewing by Heather Ross (which is on sale, by the way, hint...hint...hon:).
