Today I get to share a skirt that I made for the JoAnn #SewYourStyle National Sewing Month Challenge. For this challenge I got to make a non-quilted item using quilting cottons and Pellon....um....awesome! I love quilting cottons and Pellon and I wanted a new skirt for fall! It was a perfect match. Skirting the Issue Final Numbers, Drawing Winners, and Sincere Thanks

A Sewing Night to Remember
A few weeks ago Elizabeth and I held a sewing night at the Cotton Shop in Provo, Utah to make skirts for our Skirting the Issue Event...and we loved every minute of it! When we approached the Provo Cotton Shop about holding a sewing night they asked how many women we expected to attend. We said we hoped for 10. I is for Indigo Ikat
Last week I got to take some photographs of Grace for a guest post over at The Ribbon Retreat today. We love anything to do with The Ribbon Retreat so I was super excited when they asked us to be a part of their Back to School A-Z Series. For their series they assigned bloggers different letters of the alphabet and then we had to make something based on that letter.
