The Art of Homemaking: Devotion and Duty over Moods
It's been awhile since we've had a daily dose of Daryl here on Tuesday and I've been missing her. So from 1967....here are some words of wisdom from Mrs. Hoole: I love that....homemaking IS a great career. And I love even more the idea of becoming "a professional" in the field. For the past few years my husband has been in charge of the games at his family Holiday party. So every year we try to come up with something different that will be entertaining for the variety of ages of those attending the party. In the past we've done various versions of Jeopardy and Minute to Win It as well as the usual trivia and mixer games. But this year we decided to do a holiday version of... (source) That's right. What could be better for a holiday party than a good old fashioned ... View the Post
