Easy Ruffle Pencil Skirt
Today we have an easy pencil ruffle skirt to share with you. Last week I finally took 30 minutes and made myself something! Using 1 yard of ruffle fabric and the tutorial we wrote for HOW TO MAKE A PENCIL SKIRT I whipped this out in between quilt market projects.
