This week I was given the opportunity to make bereavement gowns for our local IHC's Angel Watch Bereavement Program. It was part of a project my church group decided to participate in and I was lucky enough to be involved.If I understand it correctly these gowns will be used to clothe babies who are born prematurely and pass away either prior to delivery or shortly there after. I showed you a sneak peek last Friday....and lucklily I finished up the dress early in the weekend and Hannie and I did a fun photoshoot on Saturday afternoon. A small project and a question….
I am sharing a secret with you today.....I have never made a zipper bag. Ok. There. I have said it. It's a bit embarrassing, but totally and completely the truth. I have made tote bags, diaper bags, drawstring bags....and although I have put zipper in a lot of other things...I have never made a zippered bag.
