With the end of the winter dull drums upon us I've got the crafting bug something fierce. AuGHHHhhhh!!!Who ever Little Red had to make her capes must have been something else! I've been working and reworking these dumb capes and the only thing I'm getting is frustrated.I wanted to make up some cute capes for spring boutiques but they have been fraught with problems. Recently I made Gracie 5 new pair of pants to wear during the holidays. This morning I attempted to take her picture wearing one of them. Last night after I made the turtle my 5 year old decided he needed a stuffed creation as well. So I fired up the machine and made a simple version of some dolls I saw recently on a really cool Chinese crafting blog. Simon (my son) loves him. Yesterday I got an invitation to my niece's 1st birthday party. In an effort to make her something different I decided to not only try my hand at making a 3-D creation but to make it up on my own---no pattern. What was I thinking?!?I used terry cloth and felt.
