This project pouch has been one of my go-to patterns recently. I found a stash of vinyl in my fabric closet over the summer and I have made and given away several of these pouches. And then my daughter took two more to use as a pencil pouch and a makeup bag for her school back pack. I love them because they are flat and stack well so you could use them to hold different sewing projects that are waiting in your sewing queue as well! The pattern was one that we did at MOD BEE sewing ... View the Post
The Big Fat Scrap Quilt Pattern
Today we are excited to release another new quilt pattern....our Big Fat Scrap Quilt Pattern! (We released this pattern months ago over in THE STASH but are finally releasing it to the public!) The Big Fat Scrap Quilt is the perfect quilt for using up all those precious pieces of fabric that you have been saving for just the right project...the random end of bolt cut you couldn’t resist, that ¼ yard of fabric you loved but had no idea what to use it for, and the leftovers from a favorite ... Just For Fun Quilt Pattern (in Azure Skies)
Just for Fun Quilt Pattern (in Azure Skies) A little while back we released our "Just for Fun" PDF Quilt Pattern. It is a pattern that came together at a time where I needed a project that was "just for fun". Something I didn't need to think too much about...a quilt that I could just turn on an audio book, forget about the world, and sew. I've made several more of these quilts since that time. The latest is one that is sewn up using the Azure Skies fabric line that we designed ... View the Post
The Heart of the Home: Log Cabin Quilt Pattern
The Heart of the Home: Log Cabin Quilt Pattern Hello Friends. Sometime in March after schools closed, there were runs on items at the store, and most everything went on pause...I sat in my basement and sewed masks. Piles of masks....for the ... View the Post
Just for Fun Quilt Pattern
Just for Fun Quilt Pattern At the end of December/beginning of January I felt a little overloaded with obligations. We had a fun but busy holiday season. Then...we decided to finish our basement...and so every item from the basement moved into my living space. I was also involved in a lot of different side projects plus our entire family got the flu, our dog died and...well....things got a little bit hectic. My schedule was full. My living space was full. My mind was ... View the Post
Chips and Salsa Quilt in Floral
Chips and Salsa Quilt in Floral: So I made this quilt months ago....months and months ago actually but didn't get around to binding it until yesterday! The pattern is our Chips and Salsa Quilt Pattern that I originally sewed up using all solids (except for the floral binding). And while I have loved the solid versions of it I also really like how the floral version turned out. It has a completely different feel to it! I used one of my favorite lines that Melissa from Polka ... View the Post
