Vintage Home Sewing
Today I am so excited to share our friend Bev's brand new book called "Vintage Home Sewing". Excited not just because it is filled with darling projects punctuated with Bev's signature embroidery style... ...and not just because each project is sewn up with the lovely fabric line that she designed for Riley Blake....which we love and have used in several projects in the past like this version of our Make-It-Over-The-Weekend Quilt... ...but because it gives us a chance to talk ... It all started with a conversation I had with a group of teenage girls. (A few of my current journals) We were talking about what they like...easy enough right...well, not ... View the Post

I'm excited to share our newest episode of Stitched with all of you. It's an episode I have wanted to write from the moment we decided to go ahead with the podcast. It's a story of how I finally discovered the beautiful quilts of Gee's Bend...late one night in a city far away from home.
