My Big Fat Scrap Quilt Spring Edition

I made this quilt months and months ago but only finally got around to binding it.

And I’m glad that I did.

I love the fabrics and the colors and…well everything!

It is such a happy quilt.

The pattern is our Big Fat Scrap PDF Quilt Pattern.

The pattern was designed to use up those large scraps we all hang on to. (Or those remnant pieces we that we buy because they are took cute to pass up.)

Every piece used in this quilt came from my scrap piles….which is great…they were all weird left over pieces I had used in other quilts and projects and, although large, not big enough to become a project on their own and definitely not small enough to get rid of.

But now they are all sewn together in a quilt instead of squished in a scrap pile in my room!

Recently I have been on a scrap quilt making spree…I may or may not have dropped off 3 scrap quilts to my quilter….ok I didn’t drop off 3…it was 5. I can’t stop!!!

Now to bind them so I can share them with you all.
