Today we are excited to release our Kids “Couch Quilt” Rail Fence Style PDF Pattern!
This children’s “couch quilt” pattern was inspired by my kids.
They love to curl up on the couch under a quilt to read or watch movies but because they are still small they don’t need anything large or bulky….and…so… after trial and error this approximate size, along with the square shape, has become the ideal for the children in my family.
(And for me as well because this smaller size keeps the quilt manageable for younger children to be able to fold up and put away!)
This quilt pattern finishes up at 47″ x 47″.
The Kids Couch Quilt (Rail Fence Style) is an easy sew and is perfect for use with all of those darling pre-cut 2.5” strip packs that are so popular.
It also looks adorable with a more scrappy look…which is great for using up pieces piling up in your scrap bin.
Because it is such a fast sew it is great to make for holiday gift giving.
And using up all that cute holiday themed fabric!
