We have another PDF pattern to release this month and this one is such a good one! As you know we love traditional quilt blocks and the Churndash is one of our favorites. We even wrote a whole podcast on the history of the Churndash quilt block itself that you can listen to HERE.
So, naturally we needed a Churndash Quilt to go with it. I love the look of this block and you really can make it out of any traditional or modern fabrics and it will look great.

I used a whole bunch of scraps and some tan linen to make this quilt top. You can either use fat quarters or scraps and both look great in this pattern.

This quilt has a second border on it because I had so much linen left over that I made it a bit bigger than the original pattern. I do have another quilt made from this pattern that I need to get bound–I will show you that one soon!
You can find the new pattern HERE to purchase and make your own Charming Churndash quilt pattern this summer!

Happy Quilting! ~Elizabeth
