Today I’m super excited to share with you our new Technical Difficulties Quilt Pattern.
This one was designed with the “help” of Simon…my junior high aged son. Who asked why I didn’t make a quilt he would like…and then later pointed out a t-shirt with the technical difficulties sign on it and said “like that”.
And…I have to admit…I thought it was genius. So I got to work later that week and worked up the Technical Difficulties Quilt using solids from Riley Blake for the bars and their black and white hashtag print for the borders.
To be honest…I actually made and finished this quilt almost a year ago…and it’s been a perfect one for movie nights…and Simon, he approves. However, it’s taken me forever to photograph it and put the instructions together.
BUT they are finished now and you can get the PDF quilt pattern HERE in our shop for $7.95.
A big thanks to Grace…my 10 year old stand in photographer who drove around in the fog with me to take pictures even when she was sick.
*This last picture was her favorite…because seeing my shadow through the quilt looks “super creepy”.

When he saw the cover photo, my son said, ‘mom can you make that into a blanket?’ So I think this one has approval and is now going in the Christmas to-sew pile! Thanks for making the pattern so affordable too! Can’t wait to sew this one up!
