Today I get to share what may be my favorite version ever of our Saturday Afternoon Quilt Pattern….which is saying something because I’ve made dozens of these quilts!
For awhile now I have had a little stash of fabric that I reminded me of the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. (My very favorite ride there.)
And I saved the fabric and added to it and saved it and thought about what to do with it and finally I decided to just be brave, cut into it and make a quilt…and I’m so glad that I did!!
The fabric is from shops all over the state of Utah and from all different designers….but I love how it looks all together
I wasn’t sure if the black sashing would be successful or not….but I really love that as well….especially with the spider web pattern that is quilted over the entire surface of the quilt top.
If you want to make a Haunted Mansion inspired Saturday Afternoon Quilt you can get the PDF PATTERN HERE or the PAPER PATTERN HERE (the paper version has been sold out but the new shipment is set to arrive this week!)
Happy Halloween Quilting!
