One of the things I absolutely love about quilting is when I come into a room and see one of my kids wrapped up in a quilt I made. It’s like my heart just melts and it really is one of the reasons that I quilt. Because quilts bring warmth and joy….and fill everyone with love.
When we were talking about what projects to make from “Let Them Be Little” fabric we knew that The Scrappy Sawtooth Quilt Pattern had to be one of them. We love this pattern and it looks so great with all the different fabrics to combine to one cute quilt.
The Scrappy Sawtooth Quilt Pattern is found in HERE in our shop and if you haven’t already purchased this pattern….you need it! It’s such a great one for all different kinds of fabrics–anything from traditional to modern fabrics look great with this pattern.
We even had fun photographing the quilt on a darker background and I love the way the colors pop in this one!
The pattern itself is a nine patch of sawtooth stars but could easily be adapted to make it bigger or smaller depending on the size of quilt you need. It’s a fun pattern to work on too, and there is a trick in it for a simple way to do the patchwork squares in the middle.
The fabrics in this quilt are from all three of the color ways from “Let Them Be Little” as well as some extra dots and stripes from Riley Blake Designs. Dots and stripes always make great blenders!
You can find the full PDF pattern HERE to buy. We have made it now in several different fabrics including a Halloween quilt that I just love found HERE.…so it’s a super versatile pattern! So head over to check it out.
