Although things seem to have been pretty quiet around here for the summer…behind the scenes we have been working on some new quilt patterns and free tutorials for you that we are excited about. And we get to show you our newest fabric collection starting next week. We have been busy sewing and photographing for that as well. So, stay tuned to the blog for the next couple of weeks because we have exciting new content coming up!
Today’s quilt pattern is one that I love to make for baby quilts and I finally wrote up the pattern for it over the summer. I love the fact that the pattern shows off fabric designs so well, but also that it’s a simple quilt to make!
So, I introduce to you….the Take Flight Quilt Pattern.
The quilt itself is 40″ by 40″ and is the perfect size for a baby quilt or a lap quilt and it’s a fun one to make. It’s one of my go-to patterns for baby quilts! It uses 9 fat quarters for the main flying geese and then two coordinating low volume prints for the background.
You can find our this pattern as well as our other $3.95 patterns in our shop HERE. It’s one that you are definitely going to use over and over again!
So head over HERE to grab the pattern today and you can have a quilt cut up by this afternoon!
