Hello and welcome to Day 4 of our Nautical Summer Quilt Along!
Today we be walking you through how to make a “W” Nautical Flag quilt block…which also happens to be exactly the same way you would make a traditional Courthouse Steps quilt block.
Now don’t let the video throw you off…in the video we say this is only the second block…but we have already shared 3 videos with you so it really is the 4th.

Video notes:
*You will need to make 4 of these blocks (one for each corner) to make the quilt in the photos.
For each block you will need to cut:
*1 red square 2.5″ x 2.5″
*2 white squares 2.5″ x 2.5″
*2 white rectangles 2.5″ x 6.5″
*2 blue rectangles 2.5″ x 6.5″
*2 blue rectangles 2.5″ x 10.5″
Remember to square each finished block to 10″ x 10″
