Today we have an easy Crock Pot Swiss Steak recipe.
Here’s what you’ll need:
6 cube steaks
6 slices of Swiss Cheese (thinly sliced but large enough to cover most of the steak)
2 cans (14oz size) of diced tomatoes with juice
1 medium yellow onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon sugar
Salt
Pepper
Rice
Parsley Flakes
Here’s how to put it together:
In the bottom of oval crockpot place spread out your cube steaks as much as possible.
Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
Place one slice of Swiss Cheese on top of each steak.
In a separate bowl mix together the remaining ingredients (minus the rice) and pour over the top of your steaks and cheese.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Serve over rice, sprinkle with fresh parsley (or parsley flakes) and enjoy!
