I think it’s the time of year but I have Valentine Quilts on the brain. I am working on one with pink scraps (that I will show you on a Facebook live tomorrow) but here are some others that I am putting on my to-do list. Most of them are simple quilts to make but they look amazing! Here are 10 Valentine quilts or patchwork quilt blocks that you need to make!
This adorable heart block that Nana Company made can be found HERE.
We did this heart patchwork block for our BOM club a few years ago but it can be made out of prints or solids and looks darling!
The Heart to Heart Quilt from Dear Stella is a free pattern and would be great for using up red and pink scraps that are in your bins.
This giant heart baby quilt is a quick sew and a fun one to make as well. The full tutorial can be found HERE.
Don’t you love the giant modern heart look? This one from Modern Handcraft is so, so great! Find the full tutorial HERE.
English paper piecing hearts are darling for some on-the-go sewing this month as well.
Cluck, Cluck Sew has a super awesome tutorial on making hearts with two rectangles. And she even gives dimensions for multiple sizes which is great! The full tutorial can be found HERE.
I love this Open Heart Quilt as well…I think it would look so great in so many fabric combinations.
Or you could go with an all pink scrappy quilt like Beech Tree Lane Handmade did and have it look so darling.
I made this mini-quilt a few years back that we bring out in February to show love for others in our home—you can read the whole story HERE.
And there you have it–10 quilts to make for Valentine’s Day….and if you want to pin this and come back to it, here is a pin you can pin.
