This Slow Cooker Recipe has appeared on our blog before, but if you still haven’t made it you need to! It is one of the most delicious slow cooker recipes I have ever made and it is even better warmed up the next day for lunch (or for breakfast–it is that good!). I keep coconut milk, rice noodles and frozen chicken breasts on hand so I can make it in the afternoon and it still turns out great. The full recipe can be found HERE.
