This easy Slow Cooker Chicken Chili is a family favorite and my go to recipe for sharing at autumn gatherings.
And beside the fact that it is delicious (which it really is) it is crazy easy to make.
Here’s the recipe:
Into your crockpot dump…..
*2-4 diced chicken breasts (or 2 cans of chicken drained…or any leftover chicken diced)
*1 large can of diced tomatoes
*1 can of Rotel Original canned tomatoes with chilis
*1 small can of green chilis
Then drain and add the following…
*1 can corn
*1 can pinto beans
*1 can kidney beans
And finally add….
*1 package dried Ranch salad dressing
*1 package taco seasoning mix
Stir and then cook on low all day. (About 6 hours)
Then serve alone or with shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, corn bread, or tamales.
I promise it won’t disappoint!

I like to put a whole chicken and johny seasoning sprinkled on top. Let go all day and use drippings for gracy. Make mashed potatoes and a ceggie. My hubbys best meal.
