Today we have a quick “How To” for making a Halloween Ghost Pillow.
For this project we used:
*White and Black felt
*Matching Thread
*A 16″ x 16″ pillow form (these can be purchased online HERE, at your local craft store, or even at Wal-Mart)
INSTRUCTIONS:
To make these pillows you can use the printable instructions found in HERE.
It will give you step by step all the measurements and cutting instructions. Just follow them but stop after you get to step #2 and follow these next steps to create your sunflower then return to step #3 and finish up your pillow cover.
Alright! So let’s get going!
Step #1. Cut out your pillow front and 2 back pieces from black fabric. Use craft felt to cut out the ghost and the two eyes.
Step #2. Baste spray or pin your candy corn pieces to the front of your pillow.
Step #3. Using matching thread sew around the entire perimeter of the ghost and then around the entire perimeter of each eye.
Step #4. Return to the printable pillow making instructions and pick up where you left off at Step #3.
That’s it!
For a kit to make this exact pillow you can visit our shop HERE to purchase one and have it delievered to your door.
(And if you have made either our Sunflower or Poinsettia Pillows this cover will fit those same pillows so just switch out those covers for a fun new pillow!)
