Today we get to take part in a super fun fabric tour with a “Boardwalk Delight Quilt”!
Dana from MADE EVERYDAY just released her first line of fabric called Boardwalk Delight with Art Gallery Fabrics and we were thrilled to be able to play with some of it!
As soon as I saw it I knew it would be the perfect fit for our “Saturday Afternoon Quilt Pattern” that is being released TOMORROW!!
(Because what goes better with ice cream and sprinkles than a Saturday afternoon?)
And besides, this pattern calls for large panels of fabric that allow you to showcase your favorite prints….like double decker ice cream cones and magenta ferris wheels.
(Although…the multi colored sprinkles are probably my favorite! How could they not be?)
So it was a match made in an endless summer heaven.
And I’m excited to add this quilt to the bottom of my 8 year old’s bed! (It’s going to match her room perfectly!)
Although…I may have to make another one for her sister who also wants an ice cream quilt. 🙂

PS: Keep your eyes peeled tomorrow for the release of The Saturday Afternoon Quilt Pattern.
It’s a QUICK sew and if you have never attempted a quilt before this may be the one for you!

I love this quilt. It looks quick to put together. I love the bright colors.

Yes! I want to try a few small quilts for little ones (debut at my craft shows this fall) and this would be perfect!!! I am looking for a quilt that lets me highlight Hello Bear prints by Bonnie Christine. See why I need this pattern!?
