It’s that time of year again…for me anyways.
The time of year when I start planning out Christmas gifts…and handmade quilts are always in the mix.
Last year I made 5 quilts for gifts, each one very different, and I enjoyed every minute of choosing the fabric, patterns, and designs for each one.
This Bento Box quilt is the one that I made for my Grandparents last year. I used Moda’s Little Black Dress 2 line of fabric and it turned out nicely.
But this year I’m planning one for them that uses a really bright palette and a very different pattern…..yes, definitely a bright palette….and maybe includes curved shapes!!!
I realize that it’s only August but inside my head Christmas quilt planning has already begun!
Let the Christmas quilt making commence!!!!!
