It was Spring Break last week and since we were sticking close to home I prepared a few crafts that we could do in the mornings. I even had some “boy-crafts” ready but the boys weren’t interested (some day they will be 😉 so I will share those as we get to them. Hannie is really into accessories these days, so I prepared a couple of crafts where she could make her own accessories. These flower combs were one of them–and they were a big hit!
Here’s what I had prepared beforehand to have all the prep work done:
*I cut all the hydrangea flowers off their stems and then prepped the low-heat glue gun. The only other thing you need are some head combs.
She and I went to town. We glued, we chatted and had a fun morning. It was nice. I love Spring Break. And I think our flower combs turned out darling.
I think they would even be perfect if you knew someone who was having a wedding soon….they would be so cute for flower girls, or even with real flowers for bridesmaids!
