SNAP! Sewing Room Giveaway for YOU!

Snap sewing room giveaway

When liZ and I were approached about doing a Sewing Room at SNAP…..we were excited, nervous, thrilled and fearful all at the same time.What if we couldn’t get sponsors?  What if no one comes?  And the what-ifs continued…..for months before the conference started.

But as we emailed out for teachers, sponsors, fabrics, and sewing machines….some of our fears were set aside.  We knew the sewing community was fantastic, but little did we know how fantastic they were going to be.

Babylock jumped on board first (and we truly love them for that!) and immediately told us that they would provide all the sewing machines for the room.  Then emails from fabric companies came in with huge YES! (es) that they too wanted to be involved in the sewing room at the SNAP conference….and at times liZ and I would talk on the phone and tear up at how great this sewing community is.  Everyone we asked said yes (which isn’t always the case), even though this was a whole new adventure for adding a hands-on sewing room into a blogging conference.  And the teachers, well, as you can imagine, they were amazing!  Everything we knew that they would be……

And while we really wanted you all to be there….(we did, we even brought the chocolate to the party!) we knew that it wasn’t going to be possible.  (Someday, right?)  But we knew from the get-go that we could do the next best thing….do a giveaway of all the kits and projects that we made in each of the classes!

So, that’s what we are going to do today. Giveaway a set of each of the projects that we made at all the sewing classes (and a special little bonus just from liZ and I).
