Shrove Tuesday (Mardi Gras) is known as Pancake Tuesday in England, and they hold Pancake Races all across the country, where you have to flip a pancake in a pan the whole way. If we can’t get a race together, we make sure to at least eat loads of pancakes for breakfast.

You missed off two:
March 4th: Pancake day (aka Shrove Tuesday) – we always have pancakes for tea and eat so many we feel sick
March 26th: MY BIRTHDAY – pretty sure that’s an international holiday right?
