Hello.
Today I have two tutorials for you—one from last summer and one for this summer—and they are both super simple swimming suit cover-ups!
(Wowza…that sentence was a mouthful…don’t try saying that out loud.)
Anyway.
The cover-up for this summer looks like this:
And we are sharing the whole tutorial for it today over at Mama Says Sew.
(If you’ve never visited Terra’s blog before now you really should. Not only is she a talented seamstress and is currently running a great series called “Just Sew” but she is an all around lovely person who I have only good things to say about.)
So…after you head over there….
Come back here and browse through another simple swimsuit cover up.
The one I made last year…out of microfiber dish towels.
Grace wore it the ENTIRE summer…and it only got softer with each washing.
Oh and you can just click on this:
to get the tutorial.
Hope to see you around!

PS—Happy Sea Monkey Day!
Yes, it’s real…I swear I didn’t make it up.
And as long as I’m not making things up it’s also the birthday of the U.S. Nickel….which you can send me any of your extra ones if you’d like because we just had to have our AC fixed and dang! That cost a lot of nickles.
