Today’s guest has become a fast friend and we love her and her style! It is LiEr from ikat bag and we are so excited that she is here. We sent here a doozy of an 80’s pattern and she came up with something shoulder-pad less, modern and darling.
She took this 80’s look (which are a dime a dozen at thrift stores)….
and created this for her little girl’s birthday.
Here’s LiEr…..
I figured that if I made a costume, someone would be sure to want to wear it – something I can’t guarantee with a typical church dress or play dress. So costume it was. Feel especially proud that it not only has no shoulder pads or lace sailor collar but also that it was a total stash-buster. And it gets to be given to Kate for a birthday gift, albeit a not very secret one now that she’s modeled it for me and all. Did I just kill three birds with one stone? Whoo! Ladies, I had so much fun. Thank you for letting me party with you!
Head over to ikat bag to see more of her transformation! Thanks LiEr.

I would like the directions for the circle wrap skirt. Could you send me either the link or the directions?

Thanks, Shannon! You make such lovely and stylish clothes for your gorgeous kids (I’ve been following PRP)! Sigh.

Ladies! I’ve had so much fun with this pattern and hanging out with you! If only it wasn’t only virtual. We could have drafting parties! With chocolate! Sigh.
