This is one of the games that Gracie will be playing this week at preschool.
It’s simple, just put the broken hearts back together again matching the lower and upper case letters.
And it’s easy to make just print out the templates that I made onto red or pink paper. (You can download them from HERE, HERE, and HERE—They are in 3 different places because there are 3 different sheets) Then cut them out. (Cut INSIDE the line of the heart so you won’t see the template line once your heart is cut out.) And if you want them to last awhile laminate them. (I laminate everything.)
So that’s it—download, print, cut, and laminate. And you have a simple letter matching game for Valentines Day…and beyond….

Fun. My son (3) keeps asking me if it is Valentine’s Day today, for the last month. Look forward to playing this with him. Today over at our blog (shaffer-sisters.blogspot.com) we have a Valentine’s Day sight words and coloring book that my mom made. It might be fun for Gracie.

My Four year old is still struggling with some of her letters (L,l,I & i especially…so close in resemblance) This is a fun project we can do together that will help her with her letters. Thank you so much for this post!
