Today we are starting the holidays a bit around here at Simple Simon and Co. First up are some reusable gift bags over at Riley Blake Designs.
Head HERE to see how to make some simple drawstring bags for under your tree this year.
And if you are coming here from Riley Blake, then you are here to see the Gift tag tutorial…..
Here’s what you will need to make the Reusable Gift tags:
* Tags patterns found HERE
* 5 x5 inches of fabric (cut 2 pieces per tag)
* 1.5 x 4 inch piece of vinyl (buy on the roll for covering tables at most fabric sections)
*Matching thread for stitiching and button hole
*Pinking Shears or Rotary Cutter with Pinking Blade
And here is how you make them.:

I love the tags. Ive been using fabric bags for years! Love not having all the paper left over! Although, Santa still brings pacages wrapped in paper! 🙂 I might have to make fabric tags this year and cut down on those little papers too!
