Today we have two guest posts for you!  And a GIVEAWAYYYYYY!!! (The best kind of day!)

First, we are over with  the lovely ladies from  iCandy Handmade.  We had the chance to meet Jen and Autie when we were all doing Project Run and Play together, and we have loved them from their first projects!  We will be sharing an easy $5 Valentine Shirt for their “Think Pink” week.  And you should see their other amazing pink projects!  Go HERE to check them out.

And secondly, we are sharing a tutorial for these little Spring Skirts today at Riley Blake Designs.  We made the tutorial for someone who is new to sewing….or someone who got a new sewing machine for Christmas and hasn’t opened it yet.  So, if that is you, you can open your box and make something today!  Yippeee!!So go, and then come back because we have a huge GIVEAWAY from Riley Blake too!

    Love coordinating fabrics!! The beauty is that–having 4 girls, I can make them coordinate without being perfectly matched! I would love to do spring skirts…and maybe a matching bowtie for my little man?!?!

    For the fat quarter bundle, I’d either try my hand at a quilt for my little girls or use it to make darling doll clothes for all the naked baby dolls that are around the house!

    I love the skirts!! I love the fabric!!! And I would love to use the fabric to make a ‘toddler/child’ size ‘fat quarter’ skirt (I bought the pattern from ‘Ace is the Place’ in St. George. I guarantee it will be CUTE!

    I love everything Riley Blake but I would really like Alpine Wonderland. My sister is having a baby girl and would love to make her a quilt out of Vintage Baby. Another friend is having their first a boy and would love to make a quilt out of Scoot. There are just to many to narrow down to one.

    How fantastic would these be as little zippy wallet gifts? I love the flowers and chandeliers! They’d also make darling covered buttons with leftover scraps, and gift bows for packages.

    I love any fabric designed by Lori Holt. Looking forward to see Millie’s Closet in person. I would make skirts for my grand daughters with matching ones for their American girl dolls. Oh, and maybe some doll quilts. There might even be enough for a larger quilt.

    Um, it’s totally hard to pick just one new fabric line that I’m crazy about. But I really like the Paris line with the ice cream cones and large flower prints. Cute, plus something for me and the kiddos!

    Chandeliers and furniture and daisies and little houses! All so very pretty! We’re getting pretty tired of winter and snow so I’d make my daughter a cheery lap quilt, throw pillows for mom, a tote bag for me, and Conquer Cancer pillowcases for the children’s hospital here in town.
