“Long hair minimizes the need for barbers; socks can be done without; one leather jacket solves the coat problem for many years; suspenders are super!”
—Albert Einstein
Who cares? What did Einstein know anyway?
Well, what did he know about clothes…and sewing….and combing his hair?
And, um, maybe it’s E=Mc2 that is superfluous and not a good old fashioned pair of suspenders. Yea, that’s right! Ever think of that Einstein?
Anyways…if you want to make some superfluous suspenders like these we are over here with the tutorial.
PS— Just in case you were wondering “superfluous” means unnecessary. It is a real word and speaking of it—here’s a superfluous photo of Simon in his suspenders.
(Man, that’s one good looking kid.) And how much do I love superfluousness? Apparently, a lot.

With those suspenders and his shirttail hanging out, my first thought was “He looks like Marty McFly from back to the future”. Now, only those of us who are nerds and have seen the movie a dozen times would pick up on that 🙂 darling little guy 🙂
