Are you ready for this???
It’s big.
It’s scary.
And it cost less $5…
IT’S LIZ IN HER GIANT MATERNITY PAJAMA PANTS!
AAAAAAAUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
I told you it was big and scary.
But what I didn’t tell you is that these pajama pants are AWESOME!!!
I made them out of a vintage sheet.
Vintage sheets are so soft and wonderful. I feel like I’m all snuggled into bed when I wear them. It’s pregnancy heaven.
Remember back here when I was making other items out of vintage sheets? Well, back then I said I’d be making a little something for myself…
…enter, the maternity pajama pants.
I’ll be making me some more, even after this pregnancy is over, for my post maternity enjoyment.
PS—Ok, so I know the pajama pants look gi-normous…and they are. We all know I’m going to get a lot bigger before I get any smaller so I needed room to grow and still breathe.
PS AGAIN—I don’t have one leg that is exceptionally large—the wind was blowing so give me a break.
PS FOR THE LAST TIME—I should never post photos of myself…even if it is only from the knees down. It makes me all self-conscious.

Liz, one giant elephant leg is nothing to be ashamed of. Embrace your individuality.
(PS, love the pants–I need to start collecting vintage fabric! And I’m starting to get curious about what your top half looks like. Now that I’ve seen your mismatched legs, I need an upper half to pair them with. I’m gonna have to do some searching through your blog to see if I can find a picture of you here!)

Nothing like soft sheets to make a comfy pajama pant. You found a great sheet to use. Enjoy!
