I gave the preview a couple of days ago and now it’s finished. We had a FREEZING photo shoot, one cute and spunky girl, some balloons that were blowing everywhere…. and here are the results…..
I used 1 yard of fabric from Hobby Lobby which was $4.76 and some of the scraps of white Kona cotton for the Peter Pan collar and the sleeve bands. I also took out the zipper in the back (why are zippers so expensive?) and used a trick that I learned a while back….I will share it next week:)
P.S. I am linking here.

I really love the fabric and I really want you to teach me the trick…I cut out a new dress but it has a zipper that I am afraid to attempt.

I love everything about this! Everything! That’s pretty darn close to the dress I was wearing in my first day of school picture. 😉

That dress is too adorable. I’m your newest follower. It would be great if you could stop by my blog Monday and add your project to The More The Merrier Link Party.
